Always keep blood sugar under control

The level of sugar in the body is determined by our diet and routine, as well as differences are found in terms of age. If you have eaten food immediately then your blood sugar level will be different and it remains different during fasting. Also, it is normal to increase the sugar level in the growing age, but that too needs to be controlled.

If you are on fasting then your blood sugar level should be between 70-100 mg/dl. But if this level reaches 100-126 mg/dl then it is considered as pre-diabetes condition. After this, if the sugar level reaches more than 130 mg / dl, then it is considered very dangerous.

What should be the level after eating?

Similarly, the sugar level is sure to increase after eating. It is normal if your sugar level is 130-140 mg/dl after 2 hours of a meal. But if you exceed this, you may have a complaint of diabetes. If your sugar level is 200-400 mg/dl even after two hours of a meal, then there is a need to be careful. At this high level, you may have problems like heart attack and kidney failure.

If we talk about age, then during fasting at the age of 6-12 years, blood sugar should be 80 to 180 mg/dl. Then after lunch, this level can go up to 140 mg / dL while after dinner, blood sugar level from 100 to 180 mg / dl is considered normal.
